Ideal Auto Parts was founded on February 1, 1984.
Original a partnership between eight shareholders, the company specialized in trailer hitches, wheel covers, hard parts, running boards, and other body shop supplies. Eventually in the 90s, accessories and hard parts were replaced by body shop supplies.
In 1998, the company was purchased from the original shareholders by Keith Koroll and Robin Langridge. In 2013, the company name was changed to Ideal Auto Paint Solutions to better reflect the business current specialties.
In 2020, Keith assumed full ownership of the company.

After many years of inside and outside sales, Keith assumed sole ownership of Ideal and serves as the General Manager.
A Bruins fan, when not in the shop he enjoys boating, fishing, family gatherings, and spending time at the lake.
After accumulating years of experience with inside sales, Robin moved into an ownership role at Ideal as the Branch Manager, and recently has retired.
Robin continues to enjoy working at the shop part time while also spending valuable time with his grand kids.
Robin’s a fan of the Roughriders, the Colorado Avalanche, and is now excited to have a little bit more time for curling.
Equal parts journeyman painter and Leafs fan, outside of work Dave enjoys the lake, golfing, and boating.
Ryan is a journeyman collision repair tech with 10 plus years body shop experience. He enjoys working on his vehicles, painting the occasional project, and enjoying a beverage from time to time.
Chase keeps our customers happy despite the fact he’s a Red Wings fan.
Resident Blackhawks fan, in charge of inside logistics, order processing, shipping and receiving, problem solving, phone orders, email orders, and paint mixing.
